A complex brief from a Wellington construction company. The program consists of split level workshops and parking, ground floor cafe, 1st floor office spaces, and two upper levels of apartments.

In an effort to ensure that every room of the apartments had access to sunlight and ventilation, they were planned around four central courtyards.

The main bedrooms open onto private roof gardens that overlook the courtyards below.
