Kahutara Guest House

The Kahutara Guest House sits alongside the Kahutara House, and provides self contained accomodation for guests. 

The exterior materials and form relate strongly to the main house, but the interior feels very different. This space has exposed macrocarpa framing, oiled hardwood linings, and some special custom features like the galvanised candle holders and the custom blue basin - both designed by Natalie at cleancleanclean. 

The mezzanine bedroom can either be a spacious retreat for a couple, or it can accomodate a line of mattresses marae style for larger groups.
